- BrettYoung facilities are Registered Seed Establishments with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency as well as being an Authorized Importer and Authorized Exporter.
- All seed is supplied with APHIS certificate and seed analysis certificate.
- Seed is legal for sale upon arrival at customer.
- BrettYoung has a seed laboratory at each cleaning facility, each with trained certified seed
technologists. - BrettYoung facilities are audited every two years and the seed labs every three years.
- The Laboratory is Government Accredited.
- BrettYoung supplies the seed laboratories with all the equipment required for testing pedigree seed.
- Seed is sampled and tested before delivery.
- Seed is sampled and tested throughout the cleaning process.
- All clean seed lots are tested.
- Packaged product is tested (purity and germination).
- Seed lots are tested according to the AOSCA, Canadian Methods and Procedures or ISTA rules as required by the customer.
- Seed samples are retained.
